When a chain is due for service, you simply send it back using the prepaid return packaging. From there, we take over; fully decontaminating the chain, stripping away old wax and contaminants, and professionally re-waxing it before returning it clean, quiet, and ready to install.

When rotated through the subscription, these chains are designed to last a combined total of up to 50,000 km, meaning they are very likely the last chains your bike will need for a long time.
